We hope that everybody is staying healthy and safe during these difficult times. This letter is to notify all shareholders of office hours. Due to health and safety concerns for our staff and shareholders the office will be closed for walk-in payments. All of you who like to come in and drop-off your payments can drop them off in the drop box using any envelope; please just make sure your name and account number is included. You can also mail you payment or pay online. Those of you that like to call in your payments can continue to do so. The office phone hours will remain the same 9:00a.m to 1: 30p.m Monday -Friday. We will reassess the office closure once the county restrictions are no longer being enforced.
